Thanks to all at Gray Taxidermy, I am convinced that no-one in the world could have done a better job - it really is lifelike, and the memories of a beautiful mornings fishing off Key West came flooding back, and will stay with me for life whenever I look at my trophy ( which now hangs splendidly over my staircase in London )"
